The Anaglyph Effect

11 July 2019

To introduce secondary school students to the Marie-Curie Fellowships, and to motivate them towards research related careers Mr Daniel Dias Loureiro (ESR6 / USTUTT) came up with a brilliant idea: He rendered one of his simulation videos with the 3D effect and he gave 3D glasses to the audience. This effect is called anaglyph. It impressed the 30 students at the Swiss International School in Stuttgart-Fellbach and provided the HAoS ESR with a very attractive way to show his research work.

At the end of the outreach activity the students left the classroom with souvenirs: The prints to be found here and a pair of 3D glasses!
